This place is a hidden gem for folks outside of Blair! I've had breakfast here several times. I drove up just to see what the city offered as my sister lives not far away. Wonderful experience. I love their eggs benedict. Coffee is great; service is right on. Price very reasonable and the place is a classic café. Strongly recommend. IT CASH ONLY....but I believe there is an ATM there.

Traveling solo -found this place on my rain days. Little pregnant server was hustling to keep everything covered hot food came out hot to tables all customers greeted upon entering before even making it to a table and the food came out quick!!!!! I was trying to kill time in the morning waiting for rain to pass- that didn’t work as my plate was in front of me and ate within roughly 40min. And I’m a slow eater! She kept coffee full and prices were to be expected for what I ordered. I enjoy hometown cafes!

I have been eating here for 30 years through multiple owners. Today was the best food it has been. Very large portions price was very reasonable for the food quality and quantity. Quick service. My only complaint is I did not like the coffee that much.

This was our first visit! The place was packed and there was one rockstar waitress waiting all the tables! She did great! Some of the best onion rings I’ve had and the breakfast was amazing! So good! We will definitely be back on the regular!

This was my first time here. I came because I was in the area at 'O' dark thirty and the reviews were great. They were right on! This small town Cafe lived up to the true meaning of "Small Town Cafe". The service was spectacular and the young lady actually takes the time to truly converse and interact with her customers. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember her name now, but it was at 0630 Wednesday the 8th of October and she was the only waitress. I showed up 15mins before opening time and there were already cars parked and waiting, more showed up before they opened. About 3-5mins before opening, there were at least a half a dozen people waiting at the door. They were a regular crowd, mostly Farmers from their conversation. My only disappointment was that the chicken fried steak is not hand made in store. While it was still alright, not great, it was a pre-manufactured product, which has gotten to be a norm all through the industry. Nothing beats a fresh, in house breaded and fried chicken fried steak. That being said, I still highly recommend this establishment.
